Sparky's Machine is an original music project created by Atlanta-based musician, singer, songwriter Ludwig Austin.
The music created by Ludwig is the product of many years of experience and countless sources of inspiration from pop, rock and folk. His eclectic approach is not just the result of passively listening to the music of the past decades but also comes from living the music through his years of performing in cover bands.
His current cover venture is a highly successful national touring Cars tribute band called Carpool, in which he plays the role of singer/bassist Ben Orr.
His performance as Ben Orr demonstrates his commitment and respect for the music he loves. It is with that same dedication to detail and lofty standards of excellence that Ludwig has crafted the music that has taken his entire adult life to curate.
Some years ago, Ludwig took a hiatus from recording but in 2024 he felt it was time to return to the studio. He began penning new original material which can be found here along with some of his older compositions. You can also hear his music on all the major streaming platforms.
